Let us walk through around the world -Part141-Get in the videos with this movie theater

In 2011, the Gomon Pote Group decided to rebuild the cinema building to upgrade the cinema and improve user comfort.

The goal is to gradually update a somewhat old-fashioned image of the cinema chain, transforming the cinema into a cultural area, moving day and night, and flexible enough to make the program a diverse program. .

The project has two main objectives:

-Video display and visually identify them as physical spaces:

- To display videos: The facade of the building is covered by a huge curtain of LEDs, which are able to display a series of animations (summaries of videos, photos, colors and abstract images can make the building look alive and dynamic) Used.

All this is to keep the cinema up and running in the city. Inside, the architect intends to display the unusual and spectacular effects of the cinema, while outside of it the summaries of the film and ... are displayed that continue to speak of the cinema.

The facade of the building is a special and different display

The facade is divided into twelve vertical stripes, such as ribbons. Each bar supports a number of faces that are alternately arranged along the bar in the up or down direction, so that they are folded and appear to be broken. In the central area, large screens are made of glass and are covered with LED modules with regular distances, which together form a large moving plate.

These tapes can act independently, each one depicts a different image from their neighbors, or together they represent a single unit of an image.

The bottom section reaches upwards in each strip with a specific gradient to form a roughly horizontal surface, creating a 3-meter extension. The panels also cover the LEDs, which offer different images for the general public at a certain distance. This gives the general public a feeling of walking inside the image when entering the building.

At sunset, the brightness of the LEDs is understood from the inside, illuminating open space and circulating through the colors of the moving images.

At sunset, the brightness of the LEDs is tangible inside, the interior spaces and the spatial circles with the colors of the transmitted moving images are illuminated.

Position of showrooms

The halls are designed in such a way that each can be clearly distinguishable. These volumes are arranged like puzzles and create a vertical structure. The theater rows are seen at the lower level, like a staircase roof.

In this design, the ceilings expand to adjacent spaces to create lobbies that are stepped up. Small amphitheaters flood into the entrances, creating a space for informal activities.

source

The public entrance space is a vast space located on the floor of the living room of the theater staircase.

In this vast space, the light and quiet of all reception services are embedded: ticket sales, informing, automatic ticket and information, a place of rest with a cafe and a place to sit, access to various theaters and a more relaxed atmosphere with areas for filming.

source

All the collections are limited to a three-storey atrium. A set of escalators and corridors provides access to various levels and high-level theaters. The public is seen in these spaces, and they can move and look at the spaces from below or from above and enjoy watching the outside.

The latest theater technology

The project offers specific features that solve complex audio challenges and reduce complexity, due to:

- Several adjacent independent buildings

- The structure of concrete and steel mixtures, the need for different solutions due to the presence of different materials,

- The customer's request for surround sound (3 D sound).
