And the pilot said: "If you sit on the left and look through the window, you will see the Manhattan and its skyline". He was right and it was stunning. Everybody took their phones and cameras and started taking pictures. Including me and here it is.⠀

It was a long day that ended up really well. I was flying from Atlanta to New York with a stop in Charlotte. Even though I prefer direct flights, the stop wasn't too long and the flight was significantly cheaper. So why not. However, the flight from Atlanta to Charlotte was delayed and wouldn't give me a chance to catch the other flight to NYC. The good news was that they could put me on a direct flight from Atlanta to NYC. But I had only around 15 minutes to get to the gate at a different terminal. If you have ever been at the airport in Atlanta, you know that it can take some time. ⠀

I was lucky and I made it on time to learn that the flight is also delayed and I would wait for another 90 minutes. Well, better than not catching the flight. And thanks to the delay, I was able to see such amazing view of sunset over the Manhattan skyline.⠀
