Fish and seafood make a great substitute for all the heavy red meat most of us are accustomed to. After eating it you feel so much better... No heavy feeling, and much more energy.
You have a lot of reason, with your affirmation, besides tasty and healthy, you avoid so many diseases that provoca the fat vacico, uric acid, cholesterol, triglycerides, without naming the physical aspect for ingesting fibers, again many thanks for the excellent post
