It is the most Western city of Russia - Baltiysk. In the past it was a part of Germany, and now it is a city near Kaliningrad (an Russian enclave between Lithuania and Poland) geographically, it's still Europe :) Now in this town are the military ships of Russia, it is partially closed - the foreigners need special permission to visit Batliysk. There are old German buildings and a little bit of Russian reality:)
