This beautiful piece of hard coral was pictured at Lady Musgrave Located on the Great Barrier Reef, East Coast of Australia, Pacific Ocean. This ocean living creature showcase beautiful blue tips and looks like it could be of the Acropola Granula coral type (not 100% sure) - depending on the light and angle you look at it the blue tips are more or less bright.
Lady Musgrave is actually one of the most southern island on the reef (with Lady Elliott) and has the aboriginal name "Wallaginji" which means "beautiful reef" and we agree! The Underwater world in the lagoon over there is magnificient and that's where our previous submission photo (a turtle - which can been seen on our blog too) was taken as well.
