It was the result of the suppression of the southern minorities, mainly the southern Miao, by the rulers of the Ming and Qing dynasties in order to consolidate their rule. In order to continue the rule and repression, this poisonous plan of building walls to station troops and dividing the rule was devised. Isolate the Miao people in western Hunan from the north to the south. This is a checkpoint composed of Xun Bao, Diaolou, Tunka, Outpost, Battery, Closed Door and Closed Compartment to isolate and conquer the Miao people.
