I feel if the city of Lhokseumawe often the occurrence of congestion is because other than as you said earlier, that is because including one of the City in Aceh which has a large population,,also because of the lack of alternative routes that can connect there because of its position in surrounded by the mountains except in the northernmost direction.
Of course,Severe congestion occurs on Sundays because many people to the city of Lhokseumawe to visit tourist attractions such as Ujong Blang beach, Goa Japan, and other places of great interest by tourists ..
The city of Lhokseumawe should not be in now position to avoid the traffic jam as you saw it when visiting it, but Lhokseumawe City should be transferred to Geureudong Pasee Subdistrict or Baree which is in the middle of the mountain, I think it is the right solution to avoid congestion.ha ha ha..

Ok, thank you also for those of you who have responded to my comments ,, .. if you belong to Mbang Steemit community, I am sure you will know how the road in there, Congestion I think almost the same as happened in Lhokseumawe city, if in Lhokseumawe jammed by vehicle personal and public car ,, but the situation in Mbang is very much different, Mbang even jammed because every day in passed sand truck alias "Moto Jungkat" ,, of course this is a separate problem that cause which severe road damage, thus making the tourists are not again interested to visit Mbang ,, but here there is a beautiful waterfall tour of angels, I am sure if the sand truck congestion can be overcome, Mbang will surely be victorious because of the many tourists visit.
