Off the Caribbean coast there lay a collection of islands called the San Blas, home to the Kuna tribe of Panama, they self-govern the islands with little to no people really allowed onto the islands save for one or two. Robinson Island is one of these.
Amenities you will find there are an open-air toilet... and a couple of huts, with hammocks and all you can eat (as long as you catch) fish.
To get there, you can take a local island hopper flight from Panama City to El Porvinir or San Isidro and have the host of the island meet you in a boat to take you the rest of the way.
Take water and some packaged food (if you don't like fish) also first aid kit, and some hand sanitizer. Be prepared to bring anything you take with you back again.
View from the island
You can walk around the island in two and a half minutes, we timed it.
Our hut
The Open-air toilet. you basically hang your ass over the sea and feed the fishees and hope it's not the fishees you will be eating that afternoon!
Dinner! I hope you like seafood
Please tell me, what is an air toilet?
