Today, I would like to introduce you to the Chinese imperial villa, Summer Palace Beijing!
It is surrounded by Kunming Lake and it is huge in size.
별장이라서 영어로도 summer palace라는 이름을 쓰고 있네요.
이화원은 쿤밍호수를 끼고 있고 그 규모가 어마어마합니다.
호수를 끼고 이런 야외 복도(?)를 한참 걸었습니다!
또 한번 대륙의 규모를 체감...
We walked in these outdoor corridors across the lake for a long time!
Feeling the size of the continent again ...
그 옛날에 어떻게 저 높은 곳에 건물을 지었을까요?
How did they build that high up there in the old days?
이곳은 가운데에 연못이 있는 한채의 집 형태를 갖춘 곳이었어요. 비밀 정원 같은 느낌!
This was a house with a pond in the middle.
Feeling like a secret garden!
걷다보니 이런 공간이 나옵니다! 워터프론트 위락공간이랄까요 ㅋㅋ
이 구조물은 돌로 배모양을 따서 만든거라 유명하답니다.
This structure is famous for being made of stone shaped like a ship.
조그만 다리를 건너 외진곳으로 들어가니 이런곳이!
This is what it is to cross a small bridge and enter a remote area!
아니 여기 베니스인가요?ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
물길 옆으로 조그만 상점들이 들어서있었습니다.

There were small shops beside the waterway.
처음부터 끝까지 감탄하고 나온 중국 이화원!
그 옛날 중국 황실 사람들이
얼마나 풍요롭게 잘먹고 잘놀았는지
느낄수있는 중국의 관광명소였습니다!
