Hello Beautiful Shanghai !

Shanghai, a classic and stylish big city which is full of charm. The place of East meeting West. I have been longed for a chance to taste the Shanghai style!

上海是個古典又時尚，中西文化薈萃，充滿魅力的大城市。一直都想親身體驗一下大上海的風情，終於有機會了！

I have booked a traditional apartment in the French Concession to experience the local culture. The houses look simple but the interior design is surprisingly stylish. Neighbours were enjoying themselves and chatting in the public area, formed a warm and friendly small community.

為了感受地道的文化，特意租了一間在法租界的老房子。樸實的外表，時尚的室內設計，左鄰右舍都在公共空間聊聊天，構建了親切的小社區。

I have a weird habit while traveling in the mainland. I love trying different yogurt drinks! A mix of freshly and gamy milk flavour is really unforgettable. Apart from this, the decoration of the convenience store made me overjoyed unexpectedly. The clock is also well branded! No wonder why so many designers want to develop their career in Shanghai.

我有個怪喜好，每次回國內遊玩都一定會到便利商店或超市買酸奶喝，混合牛奶的香滑和膻膻的味道實在令人難以忘懷！今次在7-11找到了這罐「上海記憶」,真的是一個很好的記憶哦。想不到便利商店的佈置都令我喜出望外，掛牆鐘的設計也藏有小心思，怪不得很多設計師都想到上海發展。

I have tried the famous steamed bun with crab soup in the Nanxiang Restaurant. The store is located in the historical edifice Yuyuan. My friend was saying we should try different steamed buns from small local restaurants next time. Do you guys have any suggestions?

到了充滿歷史痕跡和古典風情的豫園裡品嘗著名的南翔饅頭店蟹黃湯包。朋友說下回再到上海，要試試地道的小龍包小店，你們有沒有什麼好介紹呢？

Apart from visiting the brilliant Bund, I have also been to great streets and small alleys to explore the variety of Shanghai. I found a vintage manual watch from “Shanghai Watch” in an antique store. The enthusiastic shop owner forced me to call her “Chubby mama”. She talked about the history of “Shanghai Watch” and the transformation of Shanghai. At last, she gave me her number and asked me to ring her when I come back. What a fantastic experience of humanity!

除了逛逛五光十色的外灘，我也到了不同的大街小巷找尋上海風味。在古玩店裡買了一隻上海牌手動手錶，熱情的店主硬要我稱她作胖媽。她滔滔不絕的細說上海牌手錶歷史，還有上海的新舊變遷。離開前還留了電話給我，令我體會到上海人的人情味啊！

There was an interesting observation, I was wondering why most people were having ice pop on the streets. All Shanghainese love having ice pop? I was so curious and got a stick to try it out in a small store. The taste is really special!

另外有個有趣的現象，在炎熱的街頭走著，不論男女老幼都在吃冰棒，上海人是不是都愛吃冰棒呢？好奇的我在小巷子裡看到了一所雜貨店，便買了一根來嚐一嚐，果真是別有一番風味啊！

After all, I went to the New World (Xintiandi), where you can find buildings from different era and cultures. There are also many greening elements. The whole community is so well-planned and trendy. After a walk under the trees and a nice lunch, it was time to go home. All in all, Shanghai is really amazing and fascinating. It will never be enough time for visit this beautiful city. I wish that I can visit this awesome city again in the near future. Hope you guys enjoy this sharing and please share your travelling suggestion of Shanghai with me!

最後到了新天地，新舊建築融合，還有很多綠化元素，這個社區規劃非常實貼時代的步伐。在樹蔭下閒逛了一會，吃個午餐便回港了。總括來說上海是個醉人的多元大城市，還有很多特色的景點未有時間遊覽，希望再有機會到上海走走。你們有什麼上海好去處也不妨告訴我哦！
