三月赏花的最佳去处云南罗平，每年2、3月份，20万亩油菜花在罗平坝子竞相争放，放眼望去，是一片一望无际的金黄，无论什么人，凡驻足这个最大的天然花园内，无不感叹罗平是“金玉满堂”之乡。
