I completely disagree when it comes to the level of crime in Moscow. It's relatively low and it's pretty safe over here, even at night. Every now and then I see kids walking around at midnight by themselves, which is something I rarely witnessed in the states (mostly because the parents would get arrested, perhaps). In regards to the cost of living, it's simply not as high as it used to be, due to the favorable exchange rate.
Be aware that cryptocurrencies may soon be outlawed in Russia. For now, there is a recommendation from Russian Central Bank not to perform any operations with cryptocurrencies, and our parlament is considering making such operations a punishable crime.

I live in Russia for many years, I love the Russian people. Do not believe that the European media often write negative about this country.
