Haha! Yes. They have locally grown veggies and coffee. I tried the civet coffee and it taste like ordinary coffee to me. Starbucks is still better. lol!

Hahaha Almost all the Starbucks have shut down in Australia because they can not compete with the local cafes and franchises here. I think the beans would be great but its the equipment/technique for brewing as well as access to fresh milk/cream that makes making great coffee there difficult for locals. I always seem to struggle for ingredients when I try to cook western dishs for relatives during my visits.
oh yeah it sucks we don't have access to great equipment and technique. but i'm pretty sure there are always alternative like manual style of cooking. does Australia have any dish they're famous for? usually they borrowed from the Brittish
Its really multicultural down here and also a food capital. Thre's probably not much authentic Aussie dishes as mostly BBQ steak and sausages. Maybe a kangaroo steak or burger or damper.
