Don‘t you think? Keeps me going for the whole day. Especially when you are traveling for a longer time, there always comes the point when you just want something fresh, clean and healthy. While doing a documentary about different Japanese sushi styles, I got to try this plate in Ishigaki. Just awesome, especially the one in the back, with Ishigaki beef. Yummy!
