This Sunday I traveled to Chipinque, I walked in the clouds and thru the mist I found a little bit of peace in a City that never sleeps.
Hello! Here’s the third part of the Chapter of Nuevo Leon. On this post I traveled to Chipinque Park, a very famous and preferred trail by both locals and international visitors.
As usual, here’s my 15-words introduction, try describing your life in 15 words, and post it in the comment section down below.
Hello I am Humberto Quintanilla, inveterate socio-economic entrepreneur. Bitcoin advocate and Nikola Tesla fan.
Introduction
I had the luck to visit the place when it was raining, we had a lot of clouds and mud to enjoy… LOTS. I traveled 40 mins to reach the base of the Chipinque, a trail route that is found in the Sierra Madre Oriental, a mountain range that covers northeastern Mexico. This mountain rage is part of the American Cordillera, a sequence of mountain ranges across south, central and north America.
The Chipinque Park is a protected area that offers several trail routes perfect for beginners or even experts hikers.
In this post, there’s not much story to be told, not like the previous Discovering Mexico. Instead, in this post I’ll just show you the beautiful sight and I’ll let photos speak for themselves.
I welcome you to recommend me new places to visit, and I’ll try to add them to my list of places to go.

Endnotes
I very much enjoyed making this post, I loved visiting the Chipinque Park being rainy and with mist all over the place. I wish I could make it to the top, but the conditions weren’t proper for that feat.
I would like to do another visit to Chipinque but take my time to reach to the highest point possible, see where it takes me.
Perhaps I even encounter a formidable Man-BEAR!
Lovely photos - the mountains are always more atmospheric in the rain. I look forward to seeing more
Thanks ! I'd love too see you here on the next episode of Discovering Mexico, stay tuned to my channel friend.
Mexico again - que lindo :-)
Muchas gracias! I'm glad you liked it.
