February 10, 2018,
It’s a privilege for me to visit this place during my vacation in my beloved country early this year. Truly that Vigan is pride of Ilocandia because Vigan is on the list of the UNESCO World Heritage, It’s known for its preserved Spanish colonial history and Asian architecture that edifices and thriving cultural heritage.
Calle Crisologo dominates the Mestizo district, with its cobblestone streets, horse-drawn carriages (Calesa) and rustic mansions where you can buy different kinds of souvenirs that is locally made by the Ilocanos.
In front of the famous white baroque Vigan Cathedral is Plaza Salcedo, which offering dancing light fountain during the night. Where people enjoyed a lot because of the different colors of light which represents the customs, tradition and life of the Ilocanos.
Thank you for the rich culture Vigan till next time again...
