One month ago I was with my sister in Italy in Pisa.
Of course, the biggest attraction of Pisa is the Leaning tower in the Piazza dei Miracoli square, next to the baptistery, cathedral (Duomo) and the Camposanto Monumentale (monumental cemetery).

These are the monuments of 1987. Enrolled in the UNESCO World Heritage list in Europe.

Of course, as the biggest attraction is the tower, so people around the world are photographed next to the tower, as if they were sticking tower with their hands and feet, pushing to fall, or even holding two fingers to the top.

It looks really great on the pictures, but when you look at people posing near the tower, it's a bit funny. You can often find people lying on floor with raised legs and etc ...
So, my sister and I decided to photograph next to the tower.
She was the first one and I really did make the effort that picture looks good.
I was the one who sat on the floor to make the picture good. And yes, I was happy with my work.
But when I was supposed to be on a photo, I climbed to a wall that was pretty sloping and inconvenient to stand on it.
I got tapped in a completely wrong position. :)
From her perspective it was very funny that she could not concentrate on the pose for the photo, than she just clicked the button and said, "Done! Go down!"
I didn't look at the picture at that moment than in the evening when we got to the hotel.
I can only say that I was crying out of laughter by blaming her, but maybe the tower just doesn't look good near me. :)
Well that's a bummer that she did not take a very good picture for you:-( It looks like you had quite the good time traveling across Italy by the look of you pictures. I have been to Pisa myself once. I was in the Army and we did a practice airborne operation just outside the city in the county. It was a very windy day I remember. Got drug all over the place. Anywho! Keep the Italy pics coming, bringing back good memories for me!
