Sometimes I'll post a photo less because I love the photo and more because of the story behind it. I was entirely surprised and enchanted by this place below. This is Trianon Park in the middle of downtown São Paolo, Brazil. It's like a jungle in the middle of the city. This 50,000 sq. meter park was established in 1892 and is home to all sorts of wildlife including almost 30 kinds of birds. It's a wonderful break to visit from the big city surrounding it.

I agree. It's not always about trying to find the most beautiful one of your photos, but the ones that make you remember the best times during your travels. Isn't that why most of us do photography, for the memories? Some of my favorite photographs I have taken have motion blur, bad lighting, bad composition, and other things other people would pick them apart for, but they were also taken in a hurry because I wanted to capture the memory because something great was happening or the time of day wasn't ideal.
