I took a little trip with my friends in up to central California in February to try and get some waves during a flat spell in LA. I brought a full camera bag, digital and 35mm cameras, lens for my digital camera (100-600mm sigma, 70-300mm canon and 17-55mm sigma) and I only shot with my 35mm Pentax K1000.

We cruised around Cayucos and surfed on the north side of the pier. There wasn't much but we had longboards and were the only ones out so we weren't trippin. After the surf we headed to Morro Bay where we were staying that night.

The next day we checked the surf, it didn't look good in Morro Bay so we decided to go south to Pismo Beach.

We surfed the south side of Pismo pier and had a lot of fun. After we surfed we headed back to LA. Good times were had, need another trip soon.
