There are thousands of beaches scattered across the Philippines, but many are not yet well known, excited to feel the ocean breeze in your hair, see the sun, sand, and tropical beaches?

Here are my top picks for stunning but not yet famous beaches in the Philippines that you need to put on your list this year.

Pearly shorelines at Mati, Davao Oriental

Dahican Beach is just a few minutes away from Davao's Mati City.
Dahican Beach is a popular weekend spot for the local thrill-seeking surfers and skimboarders, and even to the ordinary beachgoers and I think here's the reason why.

Pearly shorelines along this beach with lines of coconut trees, blue waters, it surely deserves to be in a postcard.
With plenty of marine wildlife, dolphins, turtles, and dugongs, which can be easily spotted if you are snorkeling in the area.
Dahican Beach is surely a must-see for any travelers around the globe!

Caramoan Islands gateway

Caramoan Islands became famous when it was chosen for the 25th season Survivor series in 2013.
Since then the Islands hosted several other seasons for many versions later.

Caramoan Islands is within the Bicol region of the Philippines and is just about 276
square kilometers wide.
Gota is a well-known beach in the Caramoan islands it is at the northern side of Caramoan National Park.
Its water is so clear with a quiet ambiance, pristine beach and with white powdery sands.
With boats offering rides to nearby islands like Matukad Island and Lahos Island, and because of this Gota Beach is also is a gateway.

Fiery Camiguin Island

Camiguin is known as an island “born from fire” located off the coast of Mindanao it was formed over hundreds of years by earthquakes and volcanic activity. Even though it has a fiery history, Camiguin is a tranquil Island.

Camiguin Island has an plenty of breathtaking beaches you can go to. But if you have plenty of time, I would advise you to try the White Island Beach, it is a beautiful sandbar with white sand and incredible views of the volcanoessurroundingg it.

With clear blue waters snorkeling is a must try, sunbathe, and watch the sunset.

Pristine Seco Island

A well-kept secret - Seco Island is a pristine curved sandbar, located at the province of Antique in the middle of the ocean. It is unique due to it's shape of a "comma" and crystal clear waters.
But if you like bars beside the beach then this is not for you, seco island is uninhabited and does not have any
establishments. It is perfect for people that likes a serene place, camping or kite boarding, and it’s a great place to stargaze since it the island has no lights.
A 2.5 hour boat ride from Antique can get you to Seco Island.

Great Santa Cruz Island

Pink beaches are now sought after thanks to social media.
Did you know that the Philippines also has it's very own pink beach?
It is located in the Mindanao province, this picturesque beach is on the Great Santa Cruz Island,
I'ts pink sand was produced by red organ pipe corals, over time it was pulverized by the waves that turned it into sand.
Bring your family to a picnic basket on the pink sands.
And dont forget to bring yourself barbecue and fresh seafoods to indulge at the pink sands while you’re there.
