    That is good to know, i was thinking the mustyness from the mushrooms would be weird in wine but if there is none of that it sound like something i will have to try one day.

    Love your posts and the food makes me so hungry. my kimchi, span and egg ramyuns dont even come close to the food in the picts you show.
