I'm a traveler and changing locations pretty often. My falimy is far away and my parents visit me once a year for two or three weeks. And every time I have the whole country to show them. It's super difficult to push all the amazing places you can find in Thailand or Mexico in such a short period of time. But then I know that they will never come back to that country again, so I do my best.
This year we explored Argentina. 18 days, 6 domestic flights, a lot of new places and views. And you know what? Argentina did pretty well! Two places go right into "top 5 places around the world to visit before you die" list (well, obviously my edition, who knows what LP or tripadviser think).
And the winners are:
Pure "lost world" location: Iguazu falls. I've been to all most famous waterfalls in the world and non other stands even close to what I saw at Iguazu.
The beauty of Patagonia, cold and powerful Perito Moreno Glacier. It's just impossible to describe what you feel when a massive pieces of ice crack and fall down into the lake with astonishing roar. I know it's hard to get the size of the glacier just looking at the pictures but it's 70 meters tall!!!
So, highly recommended by me — Argentina! Even if it's overpriced and not super safe, it's really worth a visit!
