TV Tower is one of the dominant features in Prague and also the highest building in the city with a height of 216 meters. It lies on the boundary between Zizkov and Vinohrady, in the area of Mahlerovy sady. It was built between 1985 and 1992 by Engineering and Industrial Buildings in Ostrava, designed by architect Václav Aulický, statik Jiří Kozák and Alex Béma.
