Glee Geunteng, a mountain located in Peukan Bada sub-district, Aceh Besar district. The neighboring district close to Banda Aceh holds a very charming mountain. Its existence was quite easy to visit. Not so far from the city of Banda Aceh, approximately 5 Kilometers from the city center.
Geunteng, in Aceh has a steep meaning. While Glee has a mountain meaning. So Glee Geunteng is a steep mountain.
The only way to get to Punjak Glee Geunteng can only be penetrated through Gampong (kampung) Lamgeu Eu. The existence of Gampong Lamgeu Ue is only a few meters adrift with Ajun, a region that is quite famous in Banda Aceh.

That afternoon, I and three friends agreed to climb Glee Geunteng. Armed with a flashlight, several bottles of drinking water, and sober food, we decided to explore Glee Geunteng. From the readiness and logistics that we bring to tracking, it does not indicate we will stay. The trip we did only to dispel a little saturation.
The sun is shifting toward the western horizon. Hours of hands already showed at 5 pm when we arrived at Gampong Lamgeu Eu.

At first glance, its existence looks like it has long been abandoned.
We decided to choose to relax beside the building. While unwinding, and allowing the sweat to dry away the wind, I spoil the eye by looking around the city that is beautifully dressed.
In the late afternoon, the peak of glee geunteng is truly captivating. The grass of weeds that grows around the top of the mountain is made to dance by the afternoon breeze, as if to signal our welcome. from the top of the peak, the charm of Banda Aceh looks so beautiful. Wrapped in golden yellow, blazing blue afternoon sky, making Kutaraja's face more fascinating.
