It's never a dull moment when we're attempting to interact with locals in Spanish. I'm sure we're leaving Mexicans all over the country with funny stories to tell about us.
In this video, we share some of our hilarious (and embarrassing) attempts to speak the language in Mexico while ordering food. Plus, we share our thoughts on the city of Guaymas, the opportunistic street vendors, and what city we are headed to next.

Up Next on our Tangerine Travels...
Explorations in La Ciudad Obregón, Mexico! We finally get that celebratory cocktail we've been searching for and eat some authentic street tacos. If you enjoyed this video, follow us @TangerineTravels for more.
Until next time,

lol... THIS.
Hahahaha! No better comment to see in the morning than this one. We need to do a compilation of these!
AGREED!
Interesting as usual. You all could photograph or show videos more of interaction with the people or events rather than just talking about them afterwards....just suggestion. e.g. show the street vendors by photos or video taping...
Thanks for the suggestion. That's a really good point. We start doing that a little bit more in coming videos, but we probably need to work on doing that even more.
We have a lot of footage we've already recorded since then, so you might not see it happen right away as we get caught up on posting them, but we're listening!
I was in Mexico in January, i thought my spanish was ok after 8 months previously in South and Central America..evidently its not as good as i think it is haha how fun is it trying though? Enjoying your posts guys keep them coming!
Thanks for taking the time to comment. Trying to communicate in another language sure makes for a lot of interesting experiences! Which part of Mexico were you in?
I am a new member here and until now I do not have a liking :(
Hey there @farhatmohamed! Welcome to Steemit. From our experience, the best way to get followers and upvotes is to engage with the community. One way you can do that is by writing thoughtful comments after reading another user's post. It really helps build relationships. Hope this helps! :)
thank you bro :)
I hope u guys kept mine
Sorry, we're not sure what you mean?
i see you guys growing real fast here on steemit, how did you really do it guys, wow man too good
Hey @tennysonck, thanks for commenting. There are a few reasons we're growing fast despite being a new account: We've both been on Steemit a long time. We've traveled to Europe twice for SteemFest 1 and 2. We've made a lot of friends on the platform. We each have quite a few followers on our personal accounts on which we can resteem @tangerinetravels. Finally, we're spending a lot of our free time working on other projects within the Steem ecosystem and get extra support because of that.
