-My north to south 'Center of America' journey-
I recently went from Minnesota to Arkansas and back to Minnesota, with a coffee stop in St. Louis.
I was attempting to find a place to do readings in Eureka Springs. I failed to find a spot, and after a number of 'universe signs,' I decided to keep moving.
I was there for 5 days, and after a Minnesota winter, the weather in Arkansas was amazing. I visited some of my favorite spots during my stay.
Natural Land Bridge
Pivot Rock
Even though it didn't work this time, I still love this town and want to live there.
When I left, I went across Missouri to check out St. Louis.
I had recently heard about the Bosnian community there,(largest in the U.S.) and I found out that they have a Sebilj!
I had a coffee at the Bosnian cafe across the street from the fountain. This visit was also full of 'Universe Signs,' so I got back on the road after a double-shot of espresso.
I want to go back, with better timing, to St. Louis to check out this community. I might be able to get good rakija and kajmak in America!
Nadam se.
Wow so cool you find a Bosnian community there and some pretty great reminders of your travel.
I wish I have some talent like you that I can take on a road trip or to anywhere! Cool pics!
It's really nice to see that you took your time to go around some places in the community and man, I love these pictures they are lit.
Happy new month friend 💌💌
I actually intended on moving to Minnesota in 2008, but had several of those universe signs that it wasn’t the right time. Things needed to be in place and tied up in Pennsylvania, and then in 2010, that was my year. I made the move here on my thirtieth birthday.
I know there will be a proper time for me to be there.
I am hoping to live like a migratory bird.
