First time hearing about this negative carbon concept, now i'm wondering if my country is the same, it probably isn't since we have soo much industry and cars going on...
Loved the photos, it's now on my to go places, is it dangerous though for foreigners to visit?
Its a lovely place for anyone to visit. Since we had a local tour guide we did not have to deal with local people but still doesn't sound dangerous at all.
People here are the happiest. Very welcoming people.
