Japan is such a unique an interesting country. Because of their being an island, they developed as a unique culture (although it is definitely from China originally). They have a very different and distinct way of approaching life and there is an order to their society that has allowed them to remain one of the world's most dominant cultures for centuries. It is rooted perhaps in their discipline, but perhaps also in their adherence to appreciating the past. What do you think?
