I loved your post!
And regarding the statement “ we are what we eat” can be proved within a day. Just eat sugary foods like cake or biscuits and you’ll notice how lethargic you feel. And if you eat such things on a daily basis, your skin will start to look lifeless and patchy within a matter of three days.
Artificial and refined sugar is death for your skin and over all energy level.
