Hawamahal.
Jantar-Mantar.

Friends Jaipur is also know as Pink City of India and has a very golden history of it's own and these two places are a very important part of it's golden history because the architecture and uniqueness of these two places.

So let's have a look on the beautiful "Hawamahal".

This is the greatest attraction for tourists in Jaipur and the construction of this place is awesome and unique.

Right after the Hawamahal we have an another place named "Jantar-Mantar and this place is very unique because,

In the early 18th century Maharaja Jai Singh II of Jaipur constructed total five Jantar-Mantars in the five places of India named :-

New Delhi.
Ujjain.
Jaipur.
Mathura.
Varanasi.

But among the all other Jantar-Mantars the one which is situated in Jaipur is the biggest one,

In these Jantar-Mantars they have big instruments and these instruments are intended to measure the time of day, correct to half a second and declination of the Sun and other heavenly bodies.

So let's have a look to this place and it's surroundings.

So these are the instruments that used for calculating time and now have a look on some other instruments and also some instruments that are used for calculating complex astrological calculations.

There are beautiful places around Jaipur too. Chand Baori is a mysterious ancient stepwell in Abhaneri, Rajasthan where 3,000 stairs descend down an underground palace onto the water level 13 storeys below the ground!
