I cant decide if this topic is a good site or bad site of hue. I have been travelling and this is the second place which offer me drurg . Yes , drug in open space . Eemm this might the third place i think.
I know that everywhere has selling drug but this place i dont know if it illegal or legal but they selling it like it was a comman thing here.
When i come to hue , first thing i see at the coffee house is a man who smoking weed in open place . I have seen man smoking weed when im in laos (vang viene) . And another one is in indonesia at bali .
I know drug is illegal in some place but it mau legal in some place . Luckily i didnt smoke drugs . It was really cheap in here about 200,000vd about 8usd and it was big portion of weed , marijuana.
🙀🙀🙀 Another thing s that was popular here is prostitude.They selling girl like they selling toy. It was so sad when some of them is still kid or teenager . Just because they dont have money , they willing to sell their body to get easy money and it was very dissapointing .
