Yesterday still in the middle of the island, today already on the beach of the island on Sri Lanka. It took us less than 4 hours to get from Sigirya to Pasikuda by bus.
Completely different world again. Bright sandy beach, fishing boats on the beach and palm trees as far as the wooden eye can see.
Here in Pasikuda the world is still very different. Rather rural and not as far advanced or as dirty as other areas. We think it's beautiful, very nice indeed. Although there is nothing going on in the small town, it's also hard to find something to eat in a restaurant there, but nevertheless it pleases us completely.
Close to your local, so we find it optimal. With the fishermen we were in a conversation and tomorrow morning (unless we are asleep) we drive to the beach at 6am and watch them catch all the fish from the sea tomorrow morning. It'll be interesting.
So there are some nice fishing photos tomorrow, I hope it works.....
Gestern noch mitten in der Insel, heute schon am Strand der Insel auf Sri Lanka. Es hat keine 4 Stunden gebraucht, da waren wir mit dem Bus von Sigirya nach Pasikuda gefahren.
Wieder komplett eine andere Welt. Heller Sandstrand, Fischerbote am Strand und Palmen soweit das Holzauge sehen kann.
Hier in Pasikuda ist die Welt noch ganz anders. Eher dörflich und noch in der Entwicklung nicht so weit vor geschritten bzw. versaut wie andere Bereiche. Wir finden es schön, sehr schön sogar. Zwar ist in der kleinen Stadt eher nichts los, auch ist es schwer dort etwas in einem Restaurant zum Essen zum finden, aber dennoch sagt es uns voll und ganz zu.
Hautnah an dein Einheimischen, so finden wir es optimal. Bei den Fischermännern waren wir gleich in einem Gespräch und morgen früh ( sofern wir nicht verschlafen ) fahren wir um 6 Uhr zum Strand und schauen zu, wenn sie die ganzen Fische morgen von der See einholen. Das wird bestimmt interesant.
Daher gibt es morgen ein paar schöne Fischerfotos, ich hoffe das klappt....

Oh Gott, was ist das denn bitte für ein wahnsinnig niedliches Bild von eurer Tochter! Da geht mir als Fremde ja schon das Herz auf - wie niedlich müsst ihr das also erst finden! 😁 Die letzten beiden Bilder finde ich übrigens auch grandios, du hast echt ein Auge für tolle Fotos! Ich hoffe, die kommen später auch mal alle in Fotoalben unter - wäre sonst äußerst schade drum!! 😊
