Incredible photos... I've seen those kind of clouds lingering over the mountains a few times. It's not that uncommon, specially when they are covered in snow. 😎
Water reserves are very important. I've learn that the bad way as I was always walking without drinking and I ended up in the surgery table to remove a kidney stone because of that. 🤕

I've seen mountains surrounded by clouds before too, but It was just odd that the cloud didn't move lol.
