Yes, everything you said is true. I was in Kasol in 2011. It was truly amazing. The road to get there is breathtaking and at times heart-stopping. I too have some wonderful photos including the hot springs and Manekaren village and other small villages in the area. I'm sure it has changed some since 2011 but still a wonderful journey and great memory. Thanks for reminding me.
