I was drinking wine with one wine maker in his cellar in Goriška Brda and he was explaining me how he is selling his wines to China, Japan...and also to Georgia. He spends every year 4 months traveling arround, meeting new cultures and selling his wine. And from Georgia he brought home 1 tactic to produce wine - they burry the wine under the earth in amphoras to reach a very specific taste ;)

Cool! Yes, we went to a winery here in Georgia that used that style of winemaking. The guy said that they sold a lot of the traditional style wine to Ukraine. They actually have to go into the amphoras themselves to clean them and get out the wine skins. I think they use the skins to make Chacha, which is a sort of vodka.
