We’ve safely landed on the west coast and are settling in. After grabbing our rental car, we took a 40 min drive to get food at Tender Greens since @kommienezuspadt was in no mood for a burger. He made the right choice because their wraps were delicious. @guthrie was passed out in the backseat up until we arrived at the mansion.

We unpacked our belongings, had our late dinner and then readied ourselves for bed. I had a difficult time sleeping. I would hear rustling in the bed beside me and was started to see @guthrie at the edge of the bed with the potential to roll off. I repeated this process of short sleep, getting startled awake, moving the little man back to the middle of his bed and then crawling back into my own.
We got up early this morning which only happened because we’re on Minnesota time which is a couple hours ahead. It’s definitely to our advantage. We were able to make time for breakfast before @kommienezuspadt has to work.
I searched for the best local diners and was blown away after tasting food from a place called Russell’s. We had to get the food to go since we were on a tight schedule but it was nice to eat breakfast peacefully at the mansion. We were interrupted by the three year old pups, Coco and Bruno.

What a beautiful place to stay! Guthrie is a cutie pie, his smile is too much! Eggslut is good for breakfast, that’s my stop when I’m in town :)
It is! The people who run the place are very hospitable. I’ve heard of Eggslut but sadly we weren’t able to make it there. Maybe next time!
