- Use an incognito window to search for flights! Yep, those evil bastards keep track of what you've searched and they mess with the options so you'll get a more expensive flight even if cheaper ones are available.
- Book in advance. Prices are way lower and you can get the best deals before anyone else!
- Buy a SIM card in the country you visit. Use a disposable SIM card while travelling and ditch it afterwards, this way you won't have to pay for international calls.
- Book hostels/apartments with a kitchen. Go to the local markets and supermarkets and cook your own food. You will save a lot of money!
- Buy local beer/wine. It's much cheaper and usually much better.
