When I started traveling last year I felt lost. Without a purpose. I felt drained and overwhelmed, on the brink of a burnout at the age of 23 because of various reasons.
And I didn't even consider doing yoga because I was like: I can't stay still for that long and calm and quiet my mind and being. Because I was constantly on the go. But then my whole perspective shifted and I spontaneously booked a teacher training. Not because I wanted to reconnect with myself. But because I didn't know what else to do. And it has changed everything for me. It's taught me that it's about the journey. About being in the moment. That I am perfect the way I am and that there's always room to grow.
What I wanna be? I want to be the best possible version of myself.
What I want to do? Give back. Make other people feel what I feel.
I am the happiest (and most flexible) I've ever been.
So I just wanted to share this feeling of bliss.
I find joy in so many small things and I invite you to do the same.
Appreciate the world. Surround yourself with good energy. You are perfect where you're at today. Just breathe and don't forget to smile.
Have a lovely weekend, I love you all.
Thanks for being part of my journey.
Bless your heart beloved, keep making those yoga and meditation gains.
Beautiful. Thank you for sharing this very vulnerable insight.
