Btw running 40 Ain't a thing it's a number I just turned 40 .... 20 days ago and jog 4 times a week 6-10 km without breaking a sweat "literally". If you take care of your body your body in turn takes care of you and guides you through.

Oh, belated happy birthday. Old age is my irrational fear, I hope to get things done as I deserve before my dirtyforty.
