Have you every tried snow sauna ?
For me it was kind of life changing experience. Steamy hot sauna with aromatherapy, compared to frosting with snow. So refreshing and energizing.
Would you dare to try?
How impossible that I’ve found in on Polish beach in the middle of winter. 
I would give this a go, I like the hot steamy sauna but always shy away from the cold ice bucket. You should always try everything at least once
