Wow, being a fan of culture I really really loved the photo of your hometown. This exactly why I want to go to Eastern Europe in general. Quaint, clean, peaceful little town where everyone knows and respects each other. Where food, friends, and family are most important. Growing up as an American kid in the suburbs of Up-state New York this is what I missed.
In my country money, money, money, work and "stuff" is what people live for. So I'm really excited to visit places like where you grew up.
As far as that underwater tunnel to the pit's hades! My goodness. That really is something. Reminds me of my kayaking adventure through caves in Krabi Thailand a few months ago.
