Wow. What a great read. I couldn't help but notice one similarity after another between our lives. I too felt like I didn't fit in. I got along with people well but could only take so much of them. I always felt like what ever I was doing wasn't for me, unless I was traveling and seeing the world.
I've been traveling for about 10 years. Either backpacking or bikepacking. I'm only 34 now. So it's been most of my adult life. I biked abut 1000 miles throughsuth east asia, taught English in South Korea and Hong Kong. Lived in Ecuador and I'm bilingual, and I just finished a trip in Central America.
I was totally unhappy living a normal life in the US. I can see myself traveling for a very long time. I love it! I might slow it down at times. But I'm not looking to buy a house and put a bunch of stuff in it. Less it way more!
Are you going to keep traveling and traveling? I'm off to Thailand in two weeks, then up into Laos.
I've been writing travel tips and reports. I get a good response but I'm not killing it on here like you are. Congratulations to you!
I'd love for you to check out my intro, the similarities between your life and article above and my intro are totally striking!
Happy Trails!

"World Travel Pro!"
Hi @world-travel-pro, yeah I got tired of moving from one country to another in the past 4 years, being an outsider and not having stable relationship with people, so I came back home...I was in South America and SE Asia.
But the grass is always greener on the other side, anyway I have few friends left and everyone has moved on with their lives. I just came back to work on a start-up-project but I don't know anymore... I might as well have stayed on the road..
Anyway I'll see how it goes, I'm pretty sure I'm gonna travel again soon!
Thanks, I will definitely check your intro post! Thanks for dropping by.
Yeah, that really nice. I guess home is everywhere... @worl-travel-pro
We can always find friends wherever we go anyway. I was staying in Cusco for like 9 months and I have more friends from there, and also in Brazil. Sometimes I wish I didn't leave...
Anyway, the world is big. And I always have a reason to go back.
Thanks, I'll check out your posts too! I'm just recharging my sp atm.
I totally agree with you. I want to work on a start-up about tourism so I could move and travel again, and have financial freedom at the same time.
Yeah I have some hippie Argentinean and Brazilian friends in SA too.
But I'll check with steemit if things are gonna change... Maybe I can travel again. ;)
You too!
lol @world-travel-pro, thanks for sharing the details of your high life! I think you should turn this comment into a post instead! :P
This is so mainstream nowadays, it becomes amazing for the Americans I guess.
Ok, good luck.
