Buenos Aires is awesome. I'm not just saying that. The food, people, weather...it's clean, safe, and you can live very well here and not totally break the bank. I got myself and airbnb apartment to myself and making my own meals. Can easily stay under 50 dollars a day this way. I did the hostel thing for the first time for 12 dollars a night. I met some nice people, but also couldn't get away fast enough from some other people who I had to share EVERYTHING with. Not having an ounce of privacy or personal space was pretty lousy at times. Now I have my own private apartment living like an adult. Much much happier and I'm now able to experience the city basically living in a similar way as a local; so I'm very happy about that. BsAs may be my new favorite big city....but then again I love meat, steak, cheese......This is the country with some of the best in the world at good prices.
How did you like this city?
Where are you now?
Hope you are well. -Dan
Thanks for sharing it Dan. I’m sure you are enjoying it. I loved it too, the food and atmosphere. I loved the Mate tea too.
Did you notice the « dollar exchange » people on the street? I told them about bitcoin a year ago but they don’t seem interested. Lol
I’m off for Kyrgyzstan tomorrow.
