RE: Travel Pro Answers #2: @Chefsteve Asks: How Do you Avoid Food Born Illness When Traveling?

Thanks @lucypher. Really appreciate the compliment. After floating around here, I've certainly landed on solid ground.

I probably should have made a point to better explain that these are preventative measures. I may have come off like if you eat out it's 100% you'll get sick, which is definitely not the case. I ate all sorts of great street food in Mexico and didn't have problem at all. Where you were living in Playa del Carmen the food was great. Everywhere was clean and I felt like there was no issue. Far different then Lake Atitlan Guatamala where I came from before visiting you.

Seriously, the Yucatan of Mexico had me so impressed, I could seriously see myself living there for a good part the year in the future. Mexico is general is underrated and gets a bad rap. You certainly picked a great place to call home! Great work with your Open Mic too. What a success! Hope you are well :)-Dan
