I was so amazed with this scenery. This is the topview of one of the islands in Antique.
We climbed this mountain for more than an hour. Luckily, the sun is not that striking.
Fresh air, you'll see the waves of the ocean, how green are the grass.
It's very relaxing and calm at the same time. Very far from busy streets, traffics, cities.
You'll see the cleanliness of the ocean. Very clear and lots of stones.
This photo was taken during our first day in Antique. We stayed in a hotel which is very accommodating most especially their dog who loves to swim on the pool.
And then, we tried the Kawa. It's a large flat pot or cooking pan. This is were people cook big dishes such as sugar and rice. Instead cooking in small pot. They made a big metal cooking pan whenever there would be a lot of people will come to them. Mostly of there are some events such as festivals, birthdays and other big occasions.
They'll cook you for like 5 mins. but it depends on how long you want to stay on the Kawa. As long as you can manage the heat of the fire. It's like you're on a hot spring.
My friends and I, we travel a lot. Exploring the beautiful places in Philippines.
We love nature, falls, oceans and most especially the foods.
