It was noon when we arrived. The Padma river, famous for its hilsa fish, warmed the head of the sun at noon. We started our journey in the greed of bathing and fishing in the river. We went to the river bank and saw the white forest of cashew flowers. As soon as we saw it, we fell in love. It was as if the touch of love was calling me. I also responded to the call of love. Rabindranath, a nature lover, today I understood why he liked this Shilaidah village so much ...

I saw a fancy way of fishing for hilsa. We were fascinated to catch fish in this way. Every fisherman is getting fish and we are getting joy.
River fish and fish Bengali,
Let's know a little history ......

Rabindranath's grandfather Prince Dwarkanath Tagore got the zamindari of this region in 1808. Later in 179 Rabindranath Tagore became a zamindar here. Here he managed the zamindari till 1901. While sitting here, he wrote his famous books Sonar Tari, Chitra, Chaitali, etc., and also started translating Gitanjali poetry.

We are here. Rabindranath Tagore himself used to live in Rabindranath Tagore's bungalow. There is no limit to our joy. In the midst of extreme joy, I feel that this is where the poet-guru would sit, have tea and write poems. We gave up Rabindra Sangeet to make our time a little sweeter. Ah, it's amazing to sit at Rabindranath's house and listen to Rabindranath's music ...
