Only in the recent years people are allowed to do street art in Valparaiso, and now it's acepted by the people because of the beauty in INTI's work.
That mural is located in a building that you can only see on the top of "Cerro Alegre" view point.
And also, there's a INTI piece in "Bellas artes" metro station in Santiago, and it's features the chilean traditions.
