It feels like no one in this world doesn't know the Eiffel Tower. The steel tower which is famous for its beautiful shape and proportions has indeed long been known as a symbol of the city of Paris. But make no mistake, not only Paris has a steel tower that is a symbol of a city.

f you have the opportunity to visit the city of Tokyo in Japan, you can find a tower with a design resembling an Eiffel tower. The difference is, the tower is painted orange and white, and is named Tokyo Tower. And unlike the Eiffel Tower that towers gracefully in the middle of a park near the Seine River in Paris, Tokyo Tower stands proudly in the middle of a crowded building in Tokyo and later known as a symbol of the city of Tokyo.

Tokyo Tower has been established since 1957. Even though it is currently known as "Tokyo Tower", this tower actually has the official name "Nippon Denpatou", or in Indonesian it can be translated as the Japanese Radio Wave Tower. Yes, Tokyo Tower is indeed a transmitter tower. Precisely is the transmitter tower for analog TV waves, radio transmitters, and transmitters for local TV. Apart from being used for TV and radio broadcast transmitters, the tower also has a radio antenna for the emergency train system installed by East Japan Railway (a railroad company in Japan), and there are several other measurement instruments managed by the Japanese Government. Besides functioning as a transmitter tower, Tokyo Tower is also known as a tourist spot. With a total height of 333 meters (higher than the Eiffel Tower which is only 320 meters high), Tokyo Tower is one of the best places to enjoy the sights of Tokyo in the day and night. During the day, you can see the sights of Tokyo city up to 360 degrees. You can see various other city landmarks around Tokyo Tower, and enjoy the beauty of the Tokyo skyline. Whereas at night you can enjoy the spectacular night view in Tokyo, with various colors of the city lights that flicker beautifully like diamonds.
You can also relax and rest at Café La Tour which serves a variety of drinks and snacks. Not only that, on the 1F floor you can also feel the sensation of standing while looking directly at 150 meters below you, because on the 1F floor there are several spots designed with transparent floors. No wonder if many are screaming fearfully or crying out happily while trying to feel the moment "floating in the air". Satisfied to see the city of Tokyo at height, you can continue exploring by circling the entire floor of the building at the foot of Tokyo Tower. The 5-storey building has various facilities that are certainly interesting to be visited by tourists. Here are the Tokyo Tower Wax Museum, Space Wax, Nippon’s Magical Dungeon, and the Noppon land children's playground
