howdy again itravelarts! well I've been watching curie for weeks know and learning about the way they operate. It's quite hit and miss and luck! Once you get hit by them then they usually come back every 3 weeks but to get their attention in the first place is the hard part.
If you know one of their curators then you can submit a post and have them look at it but I don't know who their curators are..but I do know that they play their favorites and I'm shocked many times at how low quality of posts they award just because they like the author.
The other day they hit someone who didn't write a single word, they just threw up a photo! lol.
so don't feel bad, many people have been posting quality stuff for 2 years and haven't been noticed by them.
Really..just one pic, and the post was picked, I have seen this recently with the higher reputation as well, they just post one random pic and getting 40- or more Steem .. wonder whys that!!! anyways, I really appreciate your comforting words, I ain't feeling bad of course, I have met some amazing people here and I couldn't be more glad about it. Rest things will fall in place today or tomorrow.

howdy there itravalarts! "do your best and leave the rest" yes exactly that all we can do. Well, I've been studying curie and how they operate and while their curators are human and have favorites they seem to be fair most of the time and they come back around to the same ones every three weeks so you should be getting hit again! lol
It's not fair to the rest of us but once you get hit by them they keep hitting the same people even if it's not a great post. I know people who get hit consistently every three weeks regardless so it boosts their rep score significantly, usually 1.5 points each visit.
The rest of us have to do it the old fashioned way! lol.

yes but it was not what I was expecting ..I thought it would be somewhat like steemitbloggers where we are forced at least a little to support each other but it's not that way and they have the discord but I don't know anyone and don't know what to say in there, they are all friends and if I say something it's cutting into their conversation and they don't know me so it hasn't done much to be there.
but I have found some of them through the discord that I am supporting and getting to know through commenting so that parts good.
but to get in good with the leaders I'd probably have to spend alot of time in discord and right now I'm trying to keep the lead in the League so that's where most of my time goes..to commenting and posting.

But I understand I have tried connecting people on discord but thr have been times i feel the same..
I am glad you are able to make friends through discord and doing so amazing at League...You are already a leader..
