There are almost 50 mountains peaks above 6000 meters and some of them are very famous among climbers.
Yes sir on alternate days I go on long hikes sometimes on short distance hike but with vertical ascent. My favourite is Hanuman garh summit which allows me to climb on 3000 meters in just 7 km with the overall ascent 2000 meters. Best wishes from Himalaya. We do training on regular basis in lower range of Himalaya. on ascent we climb fast and on descent we starts running.
